Recitals are held at the end of the music year (usually in June). Students enjoy playing their favourite pieces they have learned for their family, friends and fellow students. (See pictures below)
Students may also enter music festivals if they so desire.
JUNE 2011 – PRIVATE REWARD RECITALS
Students received the attention and recognition they deserved at their very own private recital! In order to qualify for their own recital, each student had to complete all weekly music assignments ( piano practice plus theory). Their reward was a big ice cream sundae with all the toppings for themselves, a friend, plus as many family members as they wished! (See pictures below)
Congratulations to ALL of my piano students who worked so hard at piano practice and theory, therefore earning their own Private Reward Recital! I think the ice cream sundaes were a hit too!
Congratulations also to Julie S. who completed the Royal Conservatory Grade One. Julie received First Class Honours with a mark of 83%! An excellent mark for her first-ever exam!
SANTA is learning to play piano too and is enjoying his lessons! He has progressed very quickly in a short time because he practices a lot! Good work Santa!
September 11th, 2012
Congratulations to Julia D who received a mark of 90% on her Grade 3 Royal Conservatory piano exam! This was Julia’s first piano exam! ( First Class Honours with Distinction)
Congratulations also to Julie S who received a mark of 83% on her Grade 2 Royal Conservatory piano exam! ( First Class Honours)
